Sev-Rend has made a capital investment on a new 51-inch wide web press. The press was installed earlier in the summer of 2019 and is now fully operational.

The addition of this new press allows Sev-Rend to further service clients in key industries plus service new markets with high-quality packaging.

This new equipment acquisition continues with the theme of Sev-Rend’s investment strategy.

The new wide web press will allow Sev-Rend to further service flexible packaging product types, such as pouches and roll stock, that are extremely popular in the food packaging industry. “This new press allows Sev-Rend to keep pace with the ever-changing flexible packaging industry. This state-of-the-art technology adds some new capabilities that allow us to further service existing clients along with penetrating new markets,” said Greg Petermeyer, general manager of Sev-Rend.
