FirstFruits Marketing announced a partnership with Cynthia Sass as brand ambassador for Opal apples, a non-GMO, naturally non-browning apple on the market. The renowned dietitian and New York Times best-selling author will educate consumers on the health benefits of Opal apples through recipes, healthy eating tips, public appearances and social media.
As a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics, Sass holds a master’s degree in both nutrition science and public health. She has consulted for five professional sports teams, and currently serves as the nutritionist for the New York Yankees. Additionally, she has appeared on numerous national TV shows. In addition to her science background, Sass is trained in plant-based culinary arts and mindfulness meditation.
