Tops Friendly Markets continues to revolutionize the way it assists consumers as they go about their shopping experience. After the successful launch of Tops Grocery Delivery Service in 2017, Tops continued to enhance customers' shopping experience with the introduction of Tops Grocery Pick Up service in October 2018 at three Tops locations. The service was so well received by shoppers, Tops is announcing the expansion of Pick Up to now include 16 new sites across the chain's western New York footprint.

“This expansion is significant for Tops as it assists shoppers from Buffalo to Batavia, Hamburg to Niagara Falls, making their shopping experience that much easier,” said Edward Rick, director of consumer marketing and digital for Tops Friendly Markets.

In the coming months Tops is looking to further expand the Pick Up service to include several of its stores in Rochester and Syracuse, NY, broadening the scope of the offering to an additional 22 stores, for a total of 41 in the chain's arsenal.
