During this difficult time, we at D. Otani Produce want to continue to provide our community with the freshest produce while minimizing the amount of physical contact. We pack these boxes fresh daily in our facility and are available for pickup.

ORDERING GUIDELINES

• Orders must be placed no later than Wednesday before 12 noon
• Any cancellations to your order please contact customer service at (808) 832-9600. Please have your order confirmation number
• Any additional products needed after your initial purchase you must place another order online.
• There will be no additional add-ons at the time of pick-up.
• Items subject to change, based on availability

How To Place Your Order:

• You will not be required to enter a user or password. 
• When Ordering product simply enter the quantity of each product that you would like to order
• When your order is complete click "VIEW SHOPPING CART"
• You may review your order if the order is correct simply click on the "CHECK OUT" button
• Enter the following information:
  • The day that you will pick up your bxoes
  • Please choose 9am – 2pm as your pick up time.
  • Provide your First and Last Name
  • Credit Card Information ** NOTE YOUR EXACT BILLING ADDRESS AND ZIP CODE WILL BE VERIFIED FOR AUTHORIZATION**
  • Email and Contact Phone
  • Click on "Approve Order" to place your order

Pick-up Information:

• Pick-up days are Friday or Saturday
• Pick-up time is between 9:00 A.M and 2:00 P.M.
• Please proceed to the end of Hart Street, to the rear of the building
• Please do not park in the loading docks
• Proceed up the ramp and press the orange button for assistance
