Purple Carrot, a 100 percent plant-based meal kit company, is introducing a six-serving plan designed to give customers more plants with less planning. The company said this new offering is perfect for families or meal preppers looking to add more convenience to their week. It also offers a practical option for consumers interested in using a meal delivery service for more than just the typical two or three nights a week.
“As interest in plant-based eating continues to grow, it’s important for us to continue to innovate and develop offerings that align with consumer interests. We continue to hear from both customers and prospects that they want more: more convenience, more food, more value,” said Andy Levitt, founder and chief executive officer of Purple Carrot. “Our new six-serving plan is an exciting new product that we’ve developed with the same level of culinary creativity and convenience that have been the hallmarks of our two-serving meals, and the early feedback has been outstanding.”
The new plan will offer innovative and delicious plant-based meals consumers have come to expect from Purple Carrot. Each week, customers will receive fresh pre-portioned ingredients and step-by-step recipes delivered to their door with meals.
The first six-serving meals will launch the week of June 9.
