Morning Kiss Organic is working with farmers up and down the East Coast to bring the highest quality organic vegetables to market and family tables this spring. Starting with growing partners in south Florida into Georgia and the Carolinas, then following the season into eastern parts of the Midwest as it progresses north. Organic vegetables will be sourced directly from New England by summer time. StutzmanFarm

The company said partnering with many of the best organic farms in these areas allows Morning Kiss to pick and choose the best quality and price of produce to fill specific customer needs. As spring approaches New England, retailers should expect that consumers will have an eye toward healthy eating and organic vegetables.

During the 2019 produce season, Morning Kiss Organic will again work with Green Field Farms Co-Op as one of its growing partners. Green Field Farms is a farmer-owned cooperative in Wooster, OH, with approximately 100 produce growers in Ohio and Michigan. Green Field Farms' mission is to provide a market for family farmers, which will allow them to continue to farm sustainably, supporting their families as they have for generations.

One such farmer is Joe E. Stutzman and his family, who have a 30-acre organic farm in Dalton, OH.  "A fifth year producer, Joe raises a variety of different organic crops," including tomatoes, cabbage, zucchini, kale, red beets, green peppers and butternut squash, said James D. Swartzentruber of Green Field Farms Co-Op.

"Our partnerships with organic farmers span the East Coast. Each region provides us with quality produce, which allows us to be prepared to meet consumer spring vegetable demand with customized programs. We are particularly proud to partner with Green Field Farms Co-op and support their small family farms who are committed to sustainability," said Nelly Czajkowski of Morning Kiss Organic.

All produce is packed fresh to order with daily deliveries, and Morning Kiss Organic offers highly customized retail programs to meet the needs of each individual retailer.
