At a Nov. 7 private party in Tumacacori, AZ, the Ciruli family honored Chuck Ciruli Jr., who will receive the 2019 Pillars of the FPAA Award Nov. 8 at the closing party of the Nogales Produce Convention & Golf Tournament.
